This area, called Aghios Ioannis Peristeron which belongs to Stroghili community, is full of olive groves on one side of the road and the Ionian Sea on the other.

This beautiful part of the island, considered to be one of Corfu\'s quieter places, is well known for its picturesque sunrises.
