Do you have transfer service to/from the airport?

We offer transfers to/from the airport with a charge for this service.

Do I need a hotel voucher to check in?

Please print a copy of your confirmation email to present at check-in as proof of your reservation.

Where is the hotel situated?

The full address and contact numbers of the hotel will be listed on your confirmation email which will be sent simultaneously at the conclusion of your booking. Full details and a link showing the hotel location on a map are also available on every hotel listing on the site.

What ID do I need to check-in?

You will just need to give the name that you made the booking under, with a copy of your confirmation email.

What if the hotel doesn't have my booking?

We send your booking to our hotel supplier with a few minutes of you making the booking by email or fax and also in our online system which the hotel uses. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for it to appear in the hotel's reservation system - this can be perfectly normal. However, in the unlikely event of you arriving at your hotel to find there is no booking, please ask the hotel to contact our Administration department and we will resend the booking to the hotel or contact us on the phone +302661030408 or +302661033442.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation for whatever reason you shall be liable to pay us cancellation fee 10 Euro. This could be in addition to any cancellation charge any hotel may impose.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

In general, the standard increments are that you must cancel the room(s) by 4 or 6 PM on the arrival date, or 48, 72 or 120 hours prior to your specified arrival; however, these are just general guidelines and the specific policy of the property will prevail. If you cancel before the deadline, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Cancelling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee.

How do I reserve my room?

www.lastminutecorfu.gr reservation process is very simple. Select the desired city, enter the date, number of days you want to stay, and enter the number of guests. Click the Search button. A list of hotels or vacation rentals will appear on the screen. For more information, click the hotel name. After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the centre of the screen, then clicking on the Book It button on the right side of the screen. After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a "Secure Reservation Request" form. Then you will need to review the "Reservation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Submit Reservation" button. If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within 2 to 4 hours.

Are taxes included in the rate?

Yes the prices include all the taxes and fees.

Is the price per person, or per room?

Unless otherwise stated, the price that you see is per person per night.

Can I specify where I would like my room to be located? (Preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)

If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

What if there will be more than two adults in the room?

Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge you can see in more information in each hotel. Some hotels and most vacation rentals have a limit on how many people can stay in a room. This may be listed on the Lodging Information page.

What are the child prices?

Many of our offers offer a reduction for children, which will be listed in the 'More Info' section of the offer if it is available. However, this is not available for some offers as the holiday may not be suitable for children, or it just isn't possible to reduce the price even further!

How can I make a booking with children?

Child policies (prices & beds) vary and are specific to each hotel; if a hotel has supplied us with their child policy you will find details in the Hotel information section. While many are able to organise extra beds and/or cots in your room, please be aware that we cannot guarantee any requests you make will be honoured by the hotel. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to see what is possible, you will find the Hotel's telephone number on your confirmation email.

What does half-board, full-board and all inclusive mean?

  • Half board - Half board means that your breakfast and evening meal is included in the price you have paid.
  • Full board - This means that all meals during the duration of your stay (breakfast, lunch, and evening meal) are included in the price you have paid.
  • All-inclusive - Generally this means you receive all meals, snacks, entertainment and some sports laid on by your hotel. You are advised to check with the operator the exact details of your all-inclusive plan as this can vary from hotel to hotel.

I can't find the dates I want...

The website only displays the dates that are available to be booked as we only have allocations for certain days with each hotel, we can request the room for you for a different date, but different prices may apply.

How long will it take www.lastminutecorfu.gr to respond to my reservation request?

All reservations will be followed up with an email within 24 hours using the same Confirmation Number with the status of your reservation. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk email/spam settings and ensure that it has not been re-routed to another folder. Alternatively you can resend your reservation email.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

Reservations for Special Internet Rates can be made by calling +302661030408 or +302661033442.

Can I extend my stay once I'm there?

You may be able to extend your stay if you wish. However, this must be done in consultation with both the hotel and us, as we have negotiated special rates with each hotel. You may not receive the same room rates for an extended stay.
